Abstract


The community needs the availability of adequate hospital services that are able to provide services according to their needs when they are sick. Government General Hospital (RSUP) dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro is a government hospital that is a reference in the Klaten area and its surroundings, which provides public health services for participants of the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS), both Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI) and Non-PBI Participants in accordance with the provisions. in Presidential Decree No. 101 of 2011 concerning BPJS Membership. This study targets patients who are BPJS PBI participants because even though they are poor and their BPJS membership is borne by the government, they still need quality services like non-PBI BPJS patients. This study uses a service quality measure based on the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform Number 15 of 2014 concerning General Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Services with adjustments to make it more suitable to be applied in the health service sector. The study used qualitative methods, with emphasis on interviews, observations and secondary data for data collection. After analyzing the results obtained, that the quality of inpatient services for BPJS PBI patients at the hospital dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is good but not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to strive for improvement through a one-stop integrated service system, increasing the accuracy of doctor visit hours, improving service facilities and infrastructure.
