Re-Orientasi Administrasi Publik yang Bernilai Publicness

Abstract

Theory of the Public Administration always struggled to find a clear understanding of the meaning of the concept of publicness of public administration. Issues such as the paradigm shift to the State Administration of Public Administration, a government draft governance changes, including changes to the state within the meaning of the concept of the public in the Public Administration no longer be defined as institutions but rather on the orientation of the value of publicness (Pesch: 2008). Public Administration Sciences little more successful shift the locus of Science in Public Administration from the government bureaucracy to isue of public interest and public affairs. If one understands about publicness, when danger threatens the assets of state enterprises and enterprises from state ownership or public ownership to individual ownership or the so-called privatization. Ideally privatization effort can refer publicness, so it can have a positive impact on the welfare of citizens.
