EFEKTIVITAS TRANSPORTASI BUS TRANSJOGJA DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN BAGI MASYARAKAT KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

This study is to determine the effectiveness of Trans Jogja bus transportation in providing services to the people of Yogyakarta City, as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of Trans Jogja bus transportation in providing services to the people of Yogyakarta City. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of Trans Jogja Bus transportation in providing services to the people of Yogyakarta City is quite effectively. For sub-indicators, the time for completion of objectives has not been effective; what mission sub-indicators were not working effectively; the socialization sub-indicator, the ability of workers and facilities and infrastructure to run quite effectively; and development, accessibility, income and expenditure sub-indicators have been effective. There are supporting factors including policies, clarity and consistency of programs, standardization, communication, budget funds, accuracy of allocations, government support, worker skills, relations with external parties, quality of leadership and worker commitment. The inhibiting factors include social society, Trans Jogja income and organizational capabilities.
