Although there are several constraints on supporting WFH infrastructure, they do not have a significant effect on performance outcomes. Because since WFH, the use of several application platforms has been supported, such as the Integrated Academic Information System (Simaster) and Electronic Signatures (TTE). Education staff who do not have work facilities at home, are obliged to go to the office to complete their work with facilities in the office. Of the several factors that affect the performance of education staff during WFH, the communication factor has the most influence.
