Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Corruption Free Area (WBK) program at the Yogyakarta Food and Drug Monitoring Center (BBPOM). This research is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique of determining the informants in this study was to use a purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use the theory of Miles and Huberman, consisting of: collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the WBK program includes indicators of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure indicating that the program is running well, but not optimal. This can be seen from the existence of personal interests, limited budget for facilities and infrastructure, unfulfilled workload analysis (ABK) and uneven competence/quality of employees. Researchers recommend that this WBK program should be continued. The implications of implementing the WBK program are implemented in government institutions with employee development.
