KUALITAS PELAYANAN AKADEMIK PERKULIAHAN DARING PADA MASA PANDEMIK COVID-19 DI PROGRAM MAGISTER ILMU PENDIDIKAN KEDOKTERAN DAN KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA
Abstract
The Master Program in Medical Education and Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada is currently still implementing online lectures and other academic services which have been going on for about two years since the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak began in 2020. Researcher want to find out how good the quality of online lecture academic services is currently being carried out. There are still problems in the implementation of this online lecture. In this research, the method used by the writer is using descriptive qualitative research method and taking the research material is the students by purposive sampling. The indicators used in this study are indicators from Tjiptono (1997:14) in his book "Principles of Total Quality Service" totaling five indicators, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of online lecture academic services. The results of the research conducted using the five indicators above showed that the quality of online lectures held is good and not much different from the quality of offline lectures, meaning that higher education providers have provided good and quality services to students in the medical education master's program. and health at Gadjah Mada University.
