IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN DI DESA BONYOKAN KECAMATAN JATINOM KABUPATEN KLATEN

Abstract


The implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) is the realization of a policy in the form of operational actions within a certain period of time and is carried out by policy implementing actors that aim to improve social protection of the community in the fields of education, health and social welfare. Based on observations and initial interviews with beneficiaries and PKH assistants in Bonyokan Village, Jatinom District, Klaten Regency, it was found that residents were dissatisfied with the subjectivity of the PKH program's targets, there were delays in the distribution of PKH program assistance, and there were empty account balances for Beneficiary Families (KPM). This study aims to determine the implementation of the PKH program in Bonyokan Village and the factors that influence the implementation of the program. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Determination of informants through purposive sampling. Analysis of program implementation based on: PKH objectives, criteria for beneficiaries, and the rights and obligations of PKH beneficiaries. The results showed that the implementation of PKH in Bonyokan Village, Jatinom District, Klaten Regency had been carried out according to the applicable procedures but was still not optimal, because some of the sub-indicators used had not been fulfilled, thus indicating the existence of KPM behavior that had not changed.
