Strategi Percepatan Pemulihan Kondisi Ekonomi Hunian Tetap (Huntap) Korban Banjir Lahar Dingin di Kabupaten Magelang

Abstract

This is the result of research that goes as far as the strategy for accelerating economic recovery in residential occupants and equipment (Huntap) Cold Lava Flood victims who were in Magelang District according to the preference of the victim. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis of findings that describe qualitative data. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of accelerating the economic recovery Huntap in Magelang District by the Government as a whole has not run optimally in accordance with the specified program. Some of the things that need attention include residential community capacity is not sufficient, and the unavailability of adequate facilities and infrastructure as a permanent residence, as well as the location is considered too far away from workplaces inmates Merapi eruption victims. The lack of facilities provided by the local government in supporting economic recovery and local businesses in Residential Fixed (Huntap), making residents less interest to occupy the Huntap. It also supported the establishment of a reference group (group chaperone) is not optimal, the business community's participation in the Community Recovery Committee still little sums, the lack of support and promotion of the economic viability of the affected communities as well as the unavailability of the accessibility of information and services economic recovery.
