IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENDISTRIBUSIAN BERAS UNTUK KELUARGA MISKIN (RASKIN ) DI KECAMATAN MINGGIR, KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Abstract

Raskin program rolled out to help meet the food needs of the poor. This study aims to determine the distribution of Raskin implementation of the program and the factors that influence the distribution of Raskin Program Implementation in the district of Sleman Minggir. This study was descriptive qualitative. Types of data collected are primary and secondary data through observation, interviews and documentation. Mechanical determination informant through purposive sampling, with samples of the District Coordination Team Raskin, Managing Distribution Raskin Village / Sub, RTS-PM Minggir village.
Distribution of Raskin Program Implementation in District Minggir intended to channel aid to poor families who are registered and meet the criteria as Tanggga Home Goal-Beneficiaries (RTS-PM) .Pendistribusian accordance Raskin General Guidelines Distribution of Raskin 2012 with indicators of achieving the target Right on target beneficiaries, right amount, right price, right time, right administration, the right quality. Target accuracy influenced by factors that include two variables, namely the contents of the policy and implementation environment.
