Reformasi Birokrasi Pemerintahan Ditinjau dari Perpektif Perilaku

Abstract

Essentially, bureaucracy reformation is an attempt to make renewal and radical change toward government administrator system.Many changes occured after reformation, particularly in terms of institutional, goverment structures as well as legislation.  The changes in terms of institutional and legislation is expected to be able to improvegovernance system andbureaucracy in Indonesia.  However, there is no improvements occured. Therefore, the changes of  institutional and legislation is not enough if not followed by the changes of behavior  of government officialsinIndonesia. There are several ways to changes the behavior of government officials in Indonesia, such as improvement of education system, recruitment pattern, prosperity, work-performance assesment system as well as increase public participation in monitoring government system.
