PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DI RUTAN KLAS 1 CIPINANG
Abstract
This study was conducted to know how much influence Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Class 1 Cipinang Jail, to know how much influence Organizational Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Class 1 Cipinang Jail, to know how much influence the Compensation and Organizational Culture simultaneously on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Class 1 Cipinang Jail.
This study uses associative method to know how many the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The study population was all employees in the Class 1 Cipinang Jail totaling 228 employees, samples this study were 145 employees. Each respondent was given 30 questions using a Likert scale.
Based on the results of data processing shows that the influence Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction is very low at 18.7%, with a positive and significant impact on the degree of confidence strong. Influence Organizational Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction is low at 21.9%, and the influence is positive and significant at a strong degree of confidence. Effect of Compensation and Organizational Culture simultaneously also low at 27.7%, and the effect is also positive and significant, which means that the better compensation and organizational culture then increasing employee job satisfaction in the Class 1 Cipinang Jail.
