REVITALISASI PERUMNAS SEBAGAI PENGUATAN PILAR PENYEDIA PERUMAHAN PUBLIK

Abstract

The house is one of the basic need for people. However, not all communities can access the house. This is because the price of homes in urban areas that are not easily accessible by the public. Perumnas as a provider of houses for the community must be present to answer the challenges of housing backlogs. However, limited resources have caused Perumnas to be in the status quo. In Markershare housing, Perumnas is increasingly losing to the private sector. The author sees that there is still an opportunity for Perumnas to become a superpower institution in housing suppliers. The revitalization of Perumnas is one of the innovative strategies to strengthen the position of the institution like National Housing Urban Development and Corporation (NHUDC). On the other hand, Perumnas in fulfilling the needs of the board must cooperate with other stakeholders both at the vertical and horizontal levels.
