EVALUASI USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH (UMKM) DALAM POS EKONOMI PRODUKTIF PADA PENGELOLAAN ANGGARAN PENDAPATAN BELANJA DESA (APBDES) DI KECAMATAN RONGKOP KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Abstract

The Indonesian government in realizing national development in all aspects of life, one of them is by giving village funds. The village fund allocation is expected to become independent so that the village can manage the Village Budget and Revenue (APBDes). The independence of the village can be realized by overcoming the problem of poverty in the village with one of the ways is the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and the productive economy in the village. Productive Economic Development in the village can support national development. This study is for the Evaluation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the productive economy post on the management of the Village Budget (APBDes) in Rongkop Subdistrict. The evaluation was carried out using data from the Bohol Village APBDes, Botodayaan and Karangwuni Villages in 2016 and 2017. Measuring the evaluation according to Dunn (2003) there were 6 criteria, namely: 1) Effectiveness; 2) Efficiency; 3) Adequacy; 4) Eqity; 5) Responsiveness; 6) Accuracy in this study takes one criterion for evaluation, namely effectiveness. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of APBDes management in 3 villages tend to be very effective.
