IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM USAHA PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN KELUARGA SEJAHTERA (UPPKS) DI DESA TRIWIDADI, KECAMATAN PAJANGAN, KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstract

Poverty is a common problem in almost all countries and this is directly related to issues in the field of community empowerment. Policy solutions that can be implemented in poverty alleviation are reducing the high rate of population growth by creating small, ideal and prosperous families through the Prosperous Family Income Improvement Program (UPPKS) to increase family income. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the UPPKS group program in Triwidadi Village, Pajangan District, Bantul Regency. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative research approach. Sources of data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study uses the theory according to Randall B. Repley and Grace A. Franklin. In this theory, there are three indicators that influence the success of policy or program implementation, namely, (1) compliance perspective, (2) smooth routine perspective and the absence of problems, (3) satisfactory performance perspective.
