EVALUASI JAMINAN PENDIDIKAN DAERAH DI SMP NEGERI KOTA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe the evaluation of the Regional Education Guarantee (JPD) program at the Yogyakarta City Junior High School. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the CIPP Stufflebeam evaluation model. Data analysis techniques using analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study describe the implementation of JPD using the CIPP model, the criteria for context and process are not optimal. The problem in context is that the community uses the KMS card for the purpose of entering their favorite school and the inaccuracy of the target. The criteria for the learning process are found to be weak enthusiasm for learning and students are not ready to learn at school. Meanwhile, the criteria for input and product are considered good. Researcher recommend that the JPD program be continued with improvements.
