EVALUASI PROGRAM SMART GOVERNANCE MELALUI APLIKASI LAPOR SLEMAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the performance of the Sleman Report Application and evaluate Smart Governance through the Sleman Report Application, as well as the factors that influence it. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The informant retrieval technique is purposive sampling and community informants use the Probability Sampling technique. The data analysis technique went through the stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the Smart Governance program through the Sleman Report Application when viewed from the evaluation of components according to Stufflebeam (2003:2), namely the Context component is quite good, but the Input, Process, and Product components still need to be developed and improved the quality of the program both Applications Report Sleman as well as the government and the community as human resources who run the program. The factors that support the Smart Governance program through the Sleman Report Application, namely the response and support from the community are quite good. The factors that hinder the Smart Governance program through the Sleman Report Application are application features, complaint resolution processes, and human resources that are not optimal.
