           Many problems of the railways in Indonesia cause this company become public spotlight, which is closely related to the railway managers of human resource management. This research aims to deskribe the human resources management is applied in PT. Kereta Api (Persero) DAOP VII Madiun.
           This research is a descriptive study with qualitative indicators of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. As for the data collection techniques used were interviews, observsi, and documentation by sampling for PT. Kereta Api (Persero) DAOP VII Madiun.
            Results of research conducted is that human resource management for enterprises has been quite good. This can be seen from the existing plan is good enough where plans that has been done in accordance with the needs of the company’s condition. The organization that is already quite obvious because it shows that the work is divided into areas of duties, job decription for every field of work and each amploye is able to be responsible for each other’s work; agitation was good enough, which can be seen in the guidance of superiors who are in accordance whit the needs of employees and the motivation of the employer, as well as supervisory still not good and need to do some revamping.
