EVALUASI PROGRAM PARTISIPASI ANAK DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DI FORUM ANAK KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Abstract

 

This research used a qualitative approach, theory evaluation used the theory evaluation program William Dunn. The research location in BKBPMPP and FORANS Secretariat. In the collecting of data, the authors use observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques and until  the conclusion.

The results showed that the program of children's participation in the overall development FORANS has not meet the criteria of the program evaluation William Dunn, only the criteria of adequacy that meet, because it was accompanied by a policy of district / city child-friendly, child-friendly schools, family child-friendly, and books guidelines for the development of children forum. In addition FORANS and sub-district child forum level have also been legalized by the Decree of the government. Factors causing other criteria have not been met: (1) indicators of output and impact indicators of the regulation of minister of  Women's Empowerment and Child Protection No. 04, 2011 has not fully materialized; (2) The child has not been to optimalitation forum in the realization of the budget which has been facilitated by the government to formulate and implement a work program related to the fulfillment of the right to participation of children according to the policy of children's participation in development; (3) The child is not a forum involving all the base group / organization of children residing in the district of Sleman; and (4) not all issues were in the group / organization in Sleman children can be accommodated by children forum.
