EVALUASI PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK PENAMBANGAN PASIR DI DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI (DAS) PROGO DI DESA PONCOSARI, KECAMATAN SRANDAKAN, KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstract

Sand mining in the watershed (DAS) Progo done by two methods, namely the traditional mining and using the machine. The conflict is a rejection reaction to the sand miners who use the machine. Conflicts that require further treatment submitted to the government. This study will describe the evaluation of sand mining conflict resolution, withqualitative research approach using descriptive research method. The data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.The results of the evaluation of conflict resolution by the village government and local government, namely: 1) input indicators: planning conflict resolution have not been systematically organized in the frame of reference of activities, 2) process indicators: the method used is the negotiationsrated effectively resulted in an agreement to resolve the complaint, 3) indicators of outputs: the results of conflict resolution in the form of an agreement made and monitored jointly by the community, 4) indicators of outcomes: the impact of conflict resolution can improve the tranquility of living in a society.
